Honey Creek Ranch is the name of a soon to be developed 2347 unit subdivision which will be located north of State Highway 46 in Comal County just a bit to the east of Blanco Road. It appears to will be due north of the under-construction "La Ventana" subdivision, to the south of Hwy 46.
As expected there has been some controversy about the Honey Creek Ranch project because of the proposed discharge of treated wastewater, how it will be handled and if there will be negative consequences to surrounding natural areas.
At this time there seems to be no information available on what builders will be building there, or the price of the new construction homes in Comal County. However, an article in the Rivard Report shows this proposed plat map.
