Tour The Arbors
I drove the neighborhood when the first homes were going up and filmed this tour. The streets have filled in since, but it still shows the entry, the layout and the setting off Ralph Fair Road.
I also toured the Coventry Homes model and the Scott Felder model while the neighborhood was selling. Those videos are a good look at the floor plans you will find on resale today.
Living in The Arbors
- Gated entry: controlled-access gates, which are rare among newer neighborhoods in Fair Oaks Ranch.
- Homesites: wide homesites (about 80 feet) of roughly a quarter to a third of an acre, many with mature trees and greenbelt views.
- Builders: Coventry Homes and Scott Felder Homes. Homes run from about 2,500 square feet to larger 4- and 5-bedroom plans of 4,000 square feet or more.
- HOA: recent listings show an Arbors HOA fee of about $80 per month, and some also show a separate annual fee. Confirm both amounts with the HOA before you buy.
- Location: a short drive to Fair Oaks Ranch Golf and Country Club (membership is separate), I-10, The Dominion, La Cantera and The Rim, and about 15 minutes to downtown Boerne.
- Taxes: the Arbors is in the City of Fair Oaks Ranch and Bexar County, so the tax rate is different from Kendall County neighborhoods. Ask me for a tax estimate on a specific home.
