This morning Alisa and I spent some time showing a client one of our favorite neighborhoods in Boerne, Texas. Esperanza is a wonderful community with several good builders to choose from if you are looking for new construction.
One of our favorite things about what is offered by this community is the beautiful amenity center. The residents that I know living here absolutely rave over it! It offers three pools and a workout/fitness facility!

Last year we sold a Coventry Home to one of our clients. He said he had family in town to visit over the summer and one thing they planned on doing was going to Sea World, but the kids had so much fun in Esperanza's lazy river they did not want to go anywhere else! They just spent the whole vacation there!
