These guys worked THEIR butts off to get the home of their dreams in Spring Branch.  It was a challenge, as this market has NOT been favorable to those wanting to use their HARD EARNED and deserved VA benefits to purchase a home.  Termite inspections, water-well, and water quality inspections.  And a septic inspection too!  If you ever wondered what inspections are needed with a VA loan, check out this IG I did about this.  All's well that ends well, and congrats to you guys on your new home!
